Piney Ridge RV Estates opened in 2012 and is now owned and operated by Lloyd Nichols and family. The Nichols’ have been in the hospitality industry (restaurants) for 30 years and enjoy serving guests and creating memories. Piney Ridge’s gated community offers wide spaces and wooded sites. This peaceful environment offers a unique experience to our adult community.

We have a wide variety of sites from basic to premium. Piney Ridge is located centrally to Lake Tyler, Lake Palestine, shopping and restaurants. We are near some of the best golfing and tennis East Texas has to offer. Fishing, outdoor recreation, dining and shopping are minutes away.
